How could a food system based on care look like? On the example of chocolate, a food entangled in global complexities, we explore how we can build a common relation of care and reciprocity. Join us for three interactive workshops, including chocolate making, stories from Ecuador and Peru, body maps and more. The workshops are part of a research project on participatory approaches to transforming food systems, and a collaboration between Patricia from University of Bern and Rosy from Amada Selva.
