Hello!
I’m subletting my atelier in Adliswil (22 minutes away from the main station). The studio is located in an industrial area, just a 3-minute walk from the Sihlau train stop. In the neighborhood, you will find carpenters, metalworkers, the photo printer “Tricolor,” as well as a metal laser.
The entire studio is more than 1000m2, equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a toilet, and parking outside. Twice a month, a cleaning person comes to clean the kitchen area and the toilets. The studio is located on the ground floor, making it easy to access for transporting items in and out. In total, there are 11 artists, each working in their own space.
The studio also has a fully equipped wood workshop that is run by three carpenters. Access to the wood workshop is included in the rent.
The working area I am renting has 45m2, with 6 shelves and two tables. While the studio has two big and solid walls, the room isn’t 100% enclosed, meaning one cannot play loud music during the day if others are around.
If desired, materials such as wax, paint, wood, screws, among others, could be left on-site for use; otherwise, I will empty the space.
The rental time frame is from 01.08.2024 until 01.04.2025, with a possible extension to 01.07.2025.
The price is 450 CHF per month. Due to the size of the studio, it could easily be shared between two persons.
