VERSO advocates fair and transparent compensation for student activities at ZHdK (tutorage etc.). VERSO issued a position paper, requesting an adjustment to the wage level of other Zurich universities.
ZHdK reacted to VERSO's request and issued new guidelines to standardise the compensation practice for student jobs at ZHdK. Jobs are classified into one of four wage brackets and remunerated accordingly at rates between 25 and 40 francs per hour. The information sheet also provides guidelines for temporary employment. For students, this leaflet is intended in particular for you to help claim fair and transparent compensation for your activities.
