As can be seen in the VERSO mission statement we are committed to ensuring adequate representation of all students at all levels of the ZHdK. To ensure this, we have the Department of Studies & Services, which is responsible for student support. The departmental representative forwards students in need of support to the relevant department and organises consultation hours. 

How this works, who you can contact and where you will be forwarded to, can be found in the following document (the translation into English will follow asap!):

Students in need of support can contact VERSO through the mail address verso.info@zhdk.ch, the VERSO mailbox in the lobby (emptied weekly), or through VERSO representatives they know.
