The VERSO DDK student assembly is a sub-organisation of VERSO, responsible for coordinating activities within the department of performing arts and film. It represents the interests and concerns of the students to the head of department and the heads of faculty. VERSO DDK assigns representatives to the department committee. Like the other four student assemblies, VERSO DDK elects two department representatives to the student council. In addition, the student assembly VERSO DDK includes the faculties of the individual degree programmes: Film, Theatre, and Dance.

Meetings
VERSO DDK holds regular meetings to which all DDK students are invited. All students of the DDK are eligible to vote in these meetings.

Selbsternannter "Bad Cop" von DDK, berüchtigter Blondschopf und Leiter von "Ich werde das in Ordnung bringen". Timo wird immer gerne mit dir eine kreative Brainstorming-Session mit einem El Tony Mate machen. Du findest ihn in einem der Tanzstudios, einem Café in der Stadt oder im Mehrspur Musikclub.
Faculties
The department of DDK is divided into three study programmes: Theatre, Film and Dance. In order to adequately represent all students, the student faculties represent the students in their degree programmes and elect members to the student council.

VERSO DDK holds seats on the following committees (VERSO DDK has a consultative role without voting rights):
Department Committee: 1 seat
Selection Committees (Fiko)
Selection committees are responsible for preparing the nomination of lecturers. They propose several suitable candidates to the university board or head of department. A selection committee is composed of one representative from each of the various organisational units of ZHdK. The student body has one representative in these selection committees. The student assembly of DDK can propose a representative for this position. This student representative is then invited to the students council to report on the selection committee.

§8 Student assemblies

2 The student assemblies are composed of students from all programs within a department. All enrolled students at ZHdK can participate in the StV and have voting rights if they are present.
3 The student assembly ensures the flow of information regarding essential concerns and activities related to the department's studies; coordinates student activities and demands in alignment with VERSO; participates in consultations on matters concerning the department's students; submits proposals to the department head; represents the interests of students in the department conference; elects the two department representatives to the Student Council (StR); decides on the delegation of their delegates to the SR, with the members of the Student Council being automatically delegated, and informs the secretariat; and suggests their representative in search committees.
4 The student assemblies organize and constitute themselves. Each student assembly holds at least one general assembly of students per academic year.
5 The student assemblies inform the student council about their organizational structures and any rules of procedure, and they notify the secretaries of their delegates.
