In the time frame between December 2025 and April 2026, the University Board worked on the new "Governance" - a paper that should act as a guideline for the ZHdK's new legal framework, oriented on the creation of two new Prorectorates. During this process, the University Assembly's board was involved in the creation of the document, but was only allowed to handle the document confidentially, and could not share it within the participation body. On April 24th, we received the final draft of the Governance. Following this, both VERSO and the University Assembly formulated statements concerning the paper.
